How do I return?

Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not refundable!
  • Returned products that are linked to promotional (free/discounted) items are only eligible for a refund if they are returned together with the promotional item. If the promotional item is missing, the original amount of the promotional item will be deducted from the return.

Are there any charges for return?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return shipment was sent post-paid, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over €55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
